Request data deletion
To request deletion of data held in the Siyaq pilot, email dosri@kaancreative.com with the subject “Siyaq data deletion request”.
What to include
Provide your business name, a contact email, and whether the request concerns a connected WhatsApp account, campaign records, uploaded order records or your personal information. Do not send passwords, access tokens, verification codes or a full customer database.
What happens next
Kaan Creative will verify your identity or authority to act for the business, confirm which records are covered, and explain any applicable retention requirements. We will confirm when the request is completed. A request can also cover disconnecting the integration and removing locally held access credentials.
Records held by Meta
Removing data from Siyaq does not automatically remove data from Meta or messages already received by recipients. You may also need to remove the business integration in Meta's settings or submit a separate request to Meta.
