Siyaq is a pilot customer intelligence and WhatsApp campaign tool developed by Kaan Creative in Bahrain. This notice describes the current pilot and this informational website.

This website

This website has no customer upload form, account login or live WhatsApp connection. Its audience preview uses fictional references. Contact links open your email application. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser contacts Google to retrieve them. The hosting provider may process connection details such as IP addresses and technical request logs to serve and protect the website.

Data used in the Siyaq pilot

Participating businesses provide their own order records for analysis. These may include order dates, order references, customer phone numbers and optional notes. Analysis uses protected customer references. Authorized WhatsApp integrations use business account identifiers, sender details, message templates, campaign content, media and available message status or reply events. Access credentials are held on the server and are not part of this public website.

Purpose and client instructions

Data is used to prepare customer segments and recommendations, manage campaign drafts and templates, carry out authorized test sends, and report message results for the participating business. Access to Meta business assets requires authorization. Client data is processed on that client's behalf and kept separate from other company workspaces.

Service providers and Meta

When an authorized WhatsApp action is performed, the necessary account, template, media or message data is sent to Meta to provide that action. This is subject to Meta's own terms and privacy practices. We do not use this website to sell customer records or make client audiences available to other businesses.

Access, retention and deletion

Pilot records are held in the environment used for the pilot. The participating business should agree the retention period and authorized users with Kaan Creative before supplying data. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or disconnection. We will confirm the scope, authority and any retention requirements before completing a request. Deleting local records does not automatically delete records held by Meta.
